The location was magnificent, just a short stroll away from an intricately sculpted triumphal arch. There were a bakery and a supermarket around the hotel.

Its location at a walking distance from a triumphal arch was particularly good and magnificent. And it was also near to metro and Arc De Triomphe, lovely bars & restaurants, and the Eiffel Tower & Arc de Triomphe.

Got big room with AC, a private bathroom, for instance. Delicious breakfast with mega strong coffee for all tastes.

Make sure to get king room with a private bathroom, AC plus the half bathtub. Offers fantastic and wonderful location in a tranquil area. If you walk 15 minutes, you'll find Victor Hugo metro station.

The room was clean, comfortable and attractive relaxing decor. Preferred it to a 3-star hotel nearby that I recently stayed in. Very good value.

Cramped lift opening onto to narrow curved stairs - I have experienced this in other hotels but the door is fitted to open away from you, rather than into you as in this case (particularly awkward to manouevre around when carrying a heavy case). In addition, the room furnishings were dated and faded, with little space for a twin room. Not good value for the area.

The hotel is conveniently located, close to many embassies, making it a great choice for those visiting on official business. It is also in the center of the city, providing easy access to main tourist attractions. being near the Arc De Triomphe allows for stunning views and a pleasant walking experience. The rooms are clean and cozy, offering a comfortable stay for guests. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests.

The lack of soundproofing in the rooms can be bothersome for those seeking a peaceful and quiet stay.

Regarding the room we stayed at, it had a balcony to the street and the bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent, near Arc de Triomphe and at a walking distance to Trocadero.

The toilet seemed to be old, they should be renewed. The elevator is in the middle of the mini stairs and it is dangerous.

There was one especially nice and helpful desk clerk. The location was also excellent as it was within walking distance to several attractions.

When I first checked in, the desk clerk (not the one mentioned above) questioned the rate that was shown on my confirmation slip and said that he did not have my reservation. He found a room for me, though, I had to then struggle with my baggage to walk up some stairs to get to the elevator. The clerk saw I was struggling but did not offer to help me.

Everything was perfect and appreciated my stay there. The staff I encountered were absolutely kind. The room was adequate & compact, on the hotel's photos. The breakfast was delicious with mega strong coffee, with a wide range of brilliant options. The location was marvellous, very close to the metro station! Pizzeria Pizza Hut was located 5 minutes walk away.

I had a spotlessly clean and warm enough room, really enjoyed the very comfy bed. It faced courtyard. The hotel was in a particularly good and excellent location, near the tourist spots. Besides, it was near to restaurants nearby, the Eiffel Tower, and many sightseeings.
